At FMAES, we provide comprehensive support for refugees and asylum seekers of all ages. Our services include donation of food, essential items, and clothing, including baby clothes, to help families meet their basic needs.

We also offer free digital literacy programs, empowering individuals to develop essential computer and technology skills.

At FMAES, we provide specialised education services for all students, including those at risk of disengagement or dropping out of school, particularly students from CALD backgrounds, disadvantaged circumstances, or experiencing hardship.

Our programs include MathLearn, homework support, literacy, and study skills, designed to help students build confidence, stay engaged, and achieve academic success.

At FMAES, we empower diverse youth, including secondary school students and high school graduates, by providing tailored career guidance and coaching programs. Our goal is to help young people make informed decisions about their future, whether they choose further education, apprenticeships, or vocational training.

At FMAES, we provide comprehensive mental health and wellbeing support for individuals from migrant, refugee, and CALD backgrounds, helping them thrive in Australia. Our services include counseling, advocacy, guidance, and tailored support to address mental health concerns, social wellbeing, and access to community resources—no clinical diagnosis is required.

In addition, our team provides referral services to connect clients with relevant community resources, as well as employment coaching to support career development and workplace readiness. Through these programs, we aim to create a supportive, inclusive environment that promotes self-sufficiency, wellbeing, and community integration for refugees and asylum seekers.

Our MathLearn Program supports Years 7–10 students and addresses the unique challenges faced by students from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds, including EAL/D (English as an Additional Language or Dialect). Many of these students struggle with foundational mathematical concepts and problem-solving due to language demands, which can hinder access to critical subjects like Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology, limiting post-school study and career options. Through a supportive, evidence-based approach, our experienced teachers and tutors tailor learning to each student’s needs, integrating literacy support with mathematics instruction. This helps students develop strong conceptual understanding and skills, enabling them to succeed in advanced subjects while fostering engagement, resilience, and long-term educational pathways.

Our Services Include: ✔ Career Pathway Guidance – Helping students explore their strengths, interests, and career options. ✔ Apprenticeship & Vocational Training Support – Assisting in securing placements in certificate and diploma programs. ✔ University & TAFE Guidance – Advising on entry requirements, application processes, and scholarship opportunities. ✔ Resume & Interview Coaching – Preparing students for job applications and professional opportunities. ✔ Scholarship - we can help you secure a scholarship or grant to further your studies Whether you're still in school or a recent graduate, our programs provide the support and resources you need to build a successful future. Get in touch today to start your journey!
