Empowering Multicultural Communities Through Wellness and  Education

Refugee and Asylum Seeker Support

At FMAES, we provide comprehensive support for refugees and asylum seekers of all ages. Our services include donation of food, essential items, and clothing, including baby clothes, to help families meet their basic needs.

We also offer free digital literacy programs, empowering individuals to develop essential computer and technology skills.

In addition, our team provides referral services to connect clients with relevant community resources, as well as employment coaching to support career development and workplace readiness.

Through these programs, we aim to create a supportive, inclusive environment that promotes self-sufficiency, wellbeing, and community integration for refugees and asylum seekers.

Tutoring (All Subjects) – individual and small-group tutoring across key curriculum areas to reinforce classroom learning and improve academic outcomes for all students

Homework Support Groups – guided homework assistance in a structured, supportive environment to promote engagement and independent learning habits for all students.

Cultural Mental Health Support

At FMAES, we provide comprehensive mental health and wellbeing support for individuals from migrant, refugee, and CALD backgrounds, helping them thrive in Australia. Our services include counseling, advocacy, guidance, and tailored support to address mental health concerns, social wellbeing, and access to community resources—no clinical diagnosis is required.

Through our Wellbeing Launch program, we assist people of all ages and backgrounds, recognising the unique challenges faced by CALD communities, including stigma, language and cultural barriers, and limited knowledge of available services. Our experienced team helps clients navigate complex systems, overcome barriers, and connect with resources that meet their specific cultural and personal needs

We recognise that each person’s journey is unique, so we offer flexible, personalised assistance to empower individuals and help them feel connected. Whether you need mental health support, social connections, or guidance on available resources, we’re here to ensure you have access to services that align with your background, values, and goals.
